It is important to take care of psychological well-being

Have we noticed that the pandemic, the wars, the global economic and political crisis, and the media have their impact on our behavior, mood, and workability, draining our mental resources?

Statistics

The World Health Organization announces today that even before the pandemic, according to 2019 statistics, 1 in every 8 people had some mental disorder. Now, these indicators are higher in both developing and developed countries.

The indicators are certainly not encouraging, but when we take responsibility for our well-being, we can change both the quality of our lives and the statistics.:

At the end of the day, let's think about how many hours or at least minutes of today we spent taking care of ourselves. Did we take care of ourselves or perform mechanical actions? How was lunch today? Did we eat quickly again to get to work, or did we get to taste it this time? While working non-stop, did we at least look out the window for a moment? Did we manage to drink hot coffee? Did we have time to think about how we are doing?
