About Us

LP Psychological Educational Counseling Center was established in 2017 and has been dedicated to providing exclusive psychological services using the "Gestalt" approach in Armenia. Since its inception, the center has conducted over two dozen courses covering the Gestalt approach and management psychology, engaging more than 200 participants. Those who received psychological support at the center have reported enhanced quality of life and personal growth. As of 2022, we have expanded our services to include support for children and teenagers. Furthermore, our center offers a unique international educational program that, upon completion, grants participants the qualification of a Gestalt therapist.

LAURA PETROSYAN

Founder

LP Psychological Training and Counseling Center was established by Laura Petrosyan. Laura holds a diploma from the Caucasian Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Family Psychotherapy (CIGTFP), a candidate of psychological sciences, and is an associate professor and member of EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy).

  • Since 2022, Laura has been serving as an assistant at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Counseling.
  • Since 2020, she has been the head of the "Management Psychology" department at the State Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.
  • In 2018, Laura completed her studies at the Eriksonian International School in Kowiching.
  • In 2018, she obtained qualification as a Gestalt therapist with a specialization in working with families, following the standards of the European Association of Gestalt Therapy.
  • Since 2017, Laura has been a trainer for the "Stress Management" course at "SOS" International Children's Villages.
  • Since 2012, she has been a lecturer at the "General Psychology" department in the Faculty of "Philosophy and Psychology" at Yerevan State University.
